What better way to start Autumn than with detox smoothies? Autumn is a great time to detox your body so why not do it in a delicious way? Plus, the earth is pretty generous at this time of the year so take the opportunity to detox in a yummy way. We are lucky to have pumpkin and sweet potatoes so let’s put them to good use.

We’ve prepared 3 easy detox drinks recipes for you.

Let’s get to it!

1/ Pumpkin Delish Smoothie

Because pumpkin is rich in vitamins and beta carotene, it gives your immune system the perfect boost!


⅓ cup of pumpkin puree, 

½ teaspoon of pumpkin spices, 

4 soft pitted dates,

¾ cup of unsweetened almond/oat milk,

and then some ice cubes, adjust to your liking. 

2/ Pear Gingerbread smoothie

Pears are super smooth and tasty, they are a great fit for both sweet and savoury meals. As they are rich in fibre, pears boost your digestive system and fight free radicals thanks to its vitamin C and K.


1 large pear,

½ tablespoon of maple syrup,

½ teaspoon of ginger, grated,

1 tablespoon of almond butter,

A pinch of cinnamon,

½ cup of unsweetened almond/oat milk,

¼ cup of rolled oats

And then some ice cubes, adjust to your liking.

3/ Sweet Potato Pie smoothie

Thanks to its high level of fibre and antioxidants, sweet potato promotes gut health, just like pears. Since it’s also rich in beta-carotene, it supports a healthy vision.


1 cup of cubed sweet potato 

1 tablespoon of almond or pecan butter

½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon

1 banana

½ cup of plain or vanilla vegan yoghurt

¾ cup of unsweetened almond/oat milk

Then you just have to mix everything (not all the recipes together) and then you’ll have a delicious, creamy smoothie that will help you detoxify your body whilst being super tasty.
