Clear and bright skin is not the result of using non-toxic skincare products only, what kind of skincare you put on your skin does have an impact but there are other factors to take into consideration.

Your body works as a whole, therefore, you have to take care of yourself entirely and by entirely, we mean you should not put aside any aspect of your health. What kind of food you eat, what kind of beverage you drink, how much you exercise, as well as your mindset, and even more, all affect your skin condition.

A healthy intestine helps your body to effectively eliminate toxins. A slowed-down intestine or digestive system can cause you numerous skin issues (such as a dull complexion, dead skin, pimples, etc.), slow digestion can also affect your sleep and therefore, increase your stress. We say the intestine is our second brain, so pay a lot of attention to it. Taking care of your intestine is taking care of your skin!

Your intestine is highly related to what you eat, so carefully managing your meals will help your digestive system to work and therefore, boost your natural glow.

Being thoughtful towards your body, your skin and your mind as a whole. Help the three of them to work together hand-in-hand!

High-quality vegetables & fruits are rich sources of fibres, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

Superfoods can be a big help. Kale, Goji berries or Chia seeds are extremely nutritious and can make a huge change in the aspect of your skin.

Did you know stress is one of the most common things that cause skin breakout?

Approximately 74% of our current population in the UK is affected by stress, it is a quite serious matter.

After thinking for years that her acne was hormonal, trying birth control pills and seeing a dermatologist, a friend of mine learnt very recently the main cause of her acne was stress.

That’s a fact, allow yourself to rest, and by that, we mean a REAL rest. Give yourself the time to relax, indulge in some self-care / self-love. There are many ways to help you relieve your stress, starting your day on the right foot will help you get through a tough day. You have to properly learn how to relax your whole body, meditation is also a great tool to support you.

One of the easiest ways to relax is through your breathing, it will help to oxygen your organs and soothe them. Meditation and breathing work together hand-in-hand.

We recommend this 10-minute guided meditation to clear your mind by Great Meditation, a perfect way to relax your body and mind.
